What is Dibimbing.id?
Dibimbing.id is a digital learning and career preparation platform in Indonesia. For more than a year since it’s creation, Dibimbing.id have helped and supported more than 80% of it’s student to land a job and advanced in their career.
What was my goal in Dibimbing.id?
I was hired at Dibimbing.id as a class manager backend intern for it’s BRI Satkomindo bootcamp project. They were looking for a facilitator that not only knew how to facilitate but also knew the ins and outs of back end programming.
For 3 months I have been on Dibimbing.id I have been facilitating the on going back end bootcamp on it’s implementation and assisting a senior backend programmer who’s acting as the class’s mentor. From reviewing class materials to inputting daily data.
What have I achieved with Dibimbing.id?
-Achieved a satisfactory rate of 4.6/5.0 from the student’s feedback
-Facilitate a total of 10 offline classes for a span of a month
-Assisted the class mentor in giving lecture to students from basic in programming to deployment using Kubernetes
-Working closely with PM to manage and facilitate an offline class of 18 people in a day-to-day basis
-Input and validate student data on a daily basis including identity, test results, feedbacks, personal evaluation, etc.
-Conduct User Experience Research (UXR), interviewing a total of 8 student and created Costumer Journey Mapping as a result.

What is AIESEC in Universitas Indonesia?
AIESEC in UI is the branch of AIESEC, an independent not-for-profit organization and the biggest global
youth platform for youth to develop their leadership potential.
What was my goal in AIESEC in Universitas Indonesia?
I first joined AIESEC with the intention of broading my knowledge about things outside of what I learned at my faculty and to get some international exposure.
Here, I was able to fulfill all of this through AIESEC’s diverse members and activities. I met people not just from different faculties, but also different countries and able to engage with them in various circumstances.
What have I achieved with AIESEC in Universitas Indonesia?
-Quality Team Manager of Engagement with AIESEC Functional, here I oversees the whole flow of AFL Coach recruitment
-Staff of Communication for LeadSeries 2022, an international event held by AIESEC in UI. Together with my division, we were able to reach agreements with 50 media partners.
-One of the best participants in Local Conference 2021 held by AIESEC in UI and AIESEC in Curtin, Australia.
-Started of as a Bussiness Development Fuctional Intern. At the time of internship I learned how to approach stakeholders, conduct a pitch meeting, and others.
COMPFEST 13

What is COMPFEST 13
COMPFEST is the largest technology event/competition held by university students annually in Indonesia. It is an event held by Faculty of Computer Science. It runs over the course of the year with events such as webinars, academy, and comptetition.
What was my goal in COMPFEST 13?
I joined COMPFEST 13 with the intention to gain friends and learn teamwork in such big event. Here, I worked with 15 other people including the PIC and VPIC in the Digital Marketing division to ensure that COMPFEST has gotten all the exposure it can get. We worked through out the year creating captions, broadcast messages, ideas for social media content across various platform, and a lot others to make sure that we are able to reach our targeted audiences.
What have I achieved with COMPFEST 13?
-Helped COMPFEST official Instagram account to earn more than 2.000 new followers.
-Wrote content scripts for COMPFEST official Tiktok, where the content I wrote gained +92% more views than average.
-Copywrote more than 20 captions and broadcasts for COMPFEST official social media across Instagram, Twitter, and Line.
-Created an article which got posted on COMPFEST official Medium.
-Managed and created other general contents for COMPFEST official Twitter account.
